Dimensions and delivery forms
Wires can be produced in diameters from 0.13 to 5.0 mm and can be delivered on plastic standard spools or in coils, depending on the wire size.
Applications
Largely used for its corrosion resistance for lamp filaments, filters, industrial and laboratory equipment. Often used as a resistor, when high variation of resistance at temperature is required.
Stranded Nickel wire finds applications in resistor terminations.
NiMn2
The addition of Mn to pure Nickel brings much improved resistance to Sulphur attach at elevated temperatures andimproves strength and hardness, without appreciable reduction of ductility.
NiMn2 is used as a support wire in incandescent lamps and for electrical resistor terminations.
Features
The company electrode material (conductive material) having a low resistivity, high temperature strength, the smaller the arc
melting under the action of evaporation and so on.
