Short Description:

Nickel-copper alloys are mainly composed of nickel (Ni) and copper (Cu), in addition to may also contain small amounts of other elements such as iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), silicon (Si), etc., to optimize the properties of the alloy. The nickel content is usually between 20% and 65%, such as Monel, which contains about 63% nickel, 30% copper, and the rest is other elements.
Applications include power resistors, shunts, thermocouples and wire-wound precision resistors
having operating temperatures up to 400 degree.
