Construction:
The heating wire is nickel-chromium alloy (Ni80Cr20), wounded on a magnesium oxide core with excellent insulation and thermal conductivity. Between the heating wire and the outer sheath is high purity magnesium oxide powder worked as insulation. The air inside is compressed by the machine to make it into a cartridge heater.
