process flow
Degreasing of copper parts — pickling or polishing — two washings — electroless tin plating — three washings — dry in time with cold wind — testing.

Electroless tin plating: Add 8~10g/kg of tin plating additives to the tin plating water before use. The temperature of immersion tin is normal temperature~80℃, and the time of immersion tin is 15 minutes. During the process of tin plating, the plating solution should be gently stirred or the workpiece should be turned gently. . Repeated soaking can increase the thickness of the tin layer.

Precautions
The copper workpiece after micro-etching should be put into the tin plating solution in time after washing to prevent the copper surface from being oxidized again and affecting the quality of the coating.

When the tinning efficiency drops, 1.0% tinning additive can be added, and it can be used after stirring evenly.
